Can't access my account (no "magic link" email, tried 3 times, waited half an hour, confirmed not in Spam, confirmed other emails are arriving)

I'm currently unable to access my Room Visualizer AI account because no "magic link" email is being sent when I go through the login process. I’ve tried 3 times. Twice separated by only a few minutes waiting, and then again shortly before logging this report in case it had been fixed in the meantime. I waited over half an hour after the first 2 attempts in case the email was just delayed from the usual few-seconds response time. I have checked my Spam folder using my ISP's email web interface to check at the earliest possible stage, and there was no sign of the magic link email. (I have the address pattern whitelisted with my ISP so I didn't expect it to go into Spam, but wanted to check anyway in case the sending address had changed.) I have confirmed that other emails are arriving (various third party emails received while waiting for the magic link email/s, as well as a test I sent from my Gmail account), so it's not a problem with receiving emails generally. Additional info is that I had a logged-in session established several days ago, but when I tried to add a room to test the new Project Dashboard I got an "Error. Failed to fetch". So I did the usual troubleshooting thing of logging out, clearing my browser cache, and attempting to relog, but I've been unable to do so.

Click generated images to view them in full (no clipping, as large as possible) during the room transformation process

When viewing generated output during the room tranformation process, I'd like to be able to click on a generated image and see it full-screen, i.e. showing the whole image without any clipping (this is the most important thing!), and as large as possible within the browser window without any scrolling being required. At the moment, if your original room photo didn't have roughly a 4:3 horizontal:vertical aspect ratio, parts of the generated images aren't visible in the "AI-Generated Design" or "Design - Refined" sections of the "Your Room Transformation" page. The impression of a design can be quite different when you see all the bits that were clipped off! At the moment the workaround is to either right-click on the image and choose "Open image in new tab" (or an equivalent action in whatever browser is being used), or download the image and view it using an external application. I'd prefer not to have to do that, and it might not occur to all users. It would be much easier (and consistent with many other online applications) to simply click on the image and have it displayed in full. To return there'd typically be either an "X"/close button, or clicking off the image/in a blank area would do it. Ideally this behaviour would apply throughout Room Visualizer AI, i.e. wherever you see a “boxed” image (or a thumbnail!) you can click on it to view it full screen, then click a close button or similar to return to where you were.

Website is blank when visiting

When I try to open the front page of the room visualiser website on Android Chrome I simply see a blank white page. Same happens if I open it in incognito window.

Unable to Log In ("No account exists for this email. Please subscribe first.")

Page navigation wasn’t working properly — mostly-blank pages, bracketed text displayed that mentioned something about neondb — so I cleared my browser cache and attempted to log in again. After entering my email address at the Welcome Back screen, a red toaster message with the following text is shown: Login Failed No account exists for this email. Please subscribe first. I’ve tried this several times. I definitely have an account and am subscribed… is this another unwanted artifact of the subscription extension for the recent downtime?

Keep getting errors

I have been trying to generate my very first AI image and keep getting the following error message: Error generating design: HTTP error! status: 500, message: {"error":"Failed to process kitchen/bathroom design","details":"null value in column "furnishing_decorating_detail_url" of relation "room_designs" violates not-null constraint"} I also cannot report a bug on the webpage….at this rate there’s no point in paying for something that doesn’t work at all??

Problems logging in and loading pictures

I’ve only managed to use the room visualizer successfully once. After that, I haven’t been able to load any photos—the app keeps saying that the photo is in the wrong format or that there was an error loading it. After many attempts, I logged out, and now I can’t log in again because I get a message saying: “No account exists for this email. Please log in first.” So… what should I do?

My Design image display is truncated when the browser window aspect ratio is widescreen e.g. 16:9 or 16:10

When using a widescreen monitor including the most popular 1920x1080 FullHD (16:9 aspect ratio), the bottom of a clicked-to-view My Design image is noticeably truncated if the browser window is of a similar aspect ratio (a common window sizing default, and definitely what you get if you maximise your browser, which is something that most people do). Design images have a 3:2 aspect ratio (1536x1024 when saved directly), and the previews in the My Designs section show the full image whether you're using Gallery or List view. However, when you click on an image to see it more clearly, the area where it's shown is affected by the aspect ratio of your browser window. In my case, I have 2560x1440 monitors (also 16:9), and the browser window where I play with Room Visualizer AI is maximised. The browser window client area is 2560x1319 which is more than large enough to display the full image at 100% size. However, what I actually see is only the top 77% of the image scaled up to 2048x1055. When you click on a saved design to view it, you should see the whole image regardless of the browser window aspect ratio.

I keep trying to style a room and the process never completes. I’m hoping you can look at my account and see the problem.

Rendering

I find when using wood options (flooring, cabinetry, etc) after a few revisions the visual quality will degrade so you don't get a great image to download. Is happening in both my laptop and tablet.

Room design truncated when uploading a different aspect ratio image during tweaking

When I upload a photo during tweaking, the resulting design inherits the aspect ratio of the given image, truncating my design. Ex: if I upload a portrait-format art or object to add to the room, my landscape-format room gets truncated to a portrait view (and it stays that way even when expanding). Furthermore, the app seems to “remember” the last uploaded image even if I delete the last design to revert it. At the next try if I don’t upload anything it still uses the last image. I could get rid of it only by refreshing the app and deleting browser history (I use Firefox), but then again, I cannot use the tweak by image feature because it truncates my design.

Project Dashboard "before" room photos can be upside down

This has also happened with original room photos when generating AI designs. The first time I saw it there was 2 September 2025, and I mentioned it a few times in feedback on the actual design instances. I’ve now seen the same upside-down image thing with the “before” photo I uploaded when setting up a new Project Dashboard room. I presume the system is using something in the photo metadata rather than respecting the orientation in which the image was uploaded, but it’s rather annoying. Camera phones, for example, don’t really have a “right way up” when taking landscape images. I’ve included a screenshot for reference. Can you please have the system retain the orientation in which images are uploaded, and not rotate them based on image metadata?

"Error: failed to fetch"

I've gotten this same error when trying to submit my photos and start the AI on generating a design, and also when trying to submit a bug report about that issue (so the bug report did not go through). I've only been able to make one design, all others I've tried have either given me this error or never finished loading after 10+ minutes.

Taking a long time to generate results; sometimes getting a server error

It takes at least 5 minutes to generate my results and has been taking longer and longer each time I start something new. Most recently, I waited about 20 mins on the generate page, and it never loaded. I left the site, cleared cache, restarted browser, and tried again. Now I am getting an error when I submit. Screenshot attached, shows Server error (413). This is all in the Furnishing and Decorating tool. May or may not be related but I have been using generative AI for a very long time, so my prompts are likely more detailed than what it usually handles.
