Problems logging in and loading pictures

I’ve only managed to use the room visualizer successfully once. After that, I haven’t been able to load any photos—the app keeps saying that the photo is in the wrong format or that there was an error loading it. After many attempts, I logged out, and now I can’t log in again because I get a message saying: “No account exists for this email. Please log in first.”

So… what should I do?
