Keep getting errors

Bug Report

I have been trying to generate my very first AI image and keep getting the following error message:

Error generating design: HTTP error! status: 500, message: {"error":"Failed to process kitchen/bathroom design","details":"null value in column "furnishing_decorating_detail_url" of relation "room_designs" violates not-null constraint"}

I also cannot report a bug on the webpage….at this rate there’s no point in paying for something that doesn’t work at all??

    @yogurtparfait I’m really sorry you ran into this error, especially on your very first try. I know how frustrating that must be.

    This happened because of a bug in our latest update that temporarily broke AI generation (and also stopped the bug report form from working). It’s not your account or anything you did wrong. Our team is already fixing it, and everything should be back up and running by 8pm Sydney time today.

    As a thank-you for your patience (and to make up for the downtime over the past few days), we’ll be adding a free 1-week extension to all active subscriptions.

    Once the fix is live, you’ll be able to generate designs normally (we’ll send a message later) . I’d love for you to give it another go then.

    Thank you again for your understanding, and please know we’re working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
