"Error: failed to fetch"

I've gotten this same error when trying to submit my photos and start the AI on generating a design, and also when trying to submit a bug report about that issue (so the bug report did not go through). I've only been able to make one design, all others I've tried have either given me this error or never finished loading after 10+ minutes.
