When I try to open the front page of the room visualiser website on Android Chrome I simply see a blank white page. Same happens if I open it in incognito window.
Hi Gerli, Yes unfortunately there was a downtime of about 1 hour yesterday due to some technical issue, but it is all resolved and working properly now.

I noted the following in another post that mentioned a blank screen, but I get basically the same when trying to access the My Account page using a desktop PC (Windows). I’ve cleared cookies, relogged, tried hard refreshes, to no avail. I’m repeating the info here too (and adding a bit extra) as I don’t know this post will be seen first.
In case it helps in troubleshooting, when doing a hard refresh I briefly see the “1 to 5 second” message panel, followed by briefest possible flash of the normal My Account page content before the browser tab goes blank. I’m able to process new designs by entering the relevant URL directly in the address bar, but the screen that normally hangs it all together isn’t working.
It’s been like this for at least 24 hours. I didn’t report it earlier as I was playing with the StyleLens function that appeared on the My Account page even though it hasn’t been formally launched ;D, and thought it possible I’d mucked up my account a bit by doing that. However, since at least two other people are reporting the same thing it isn’t just me.
