How Do Design Credits Work?

A credit is only used when you generate a brand new design. Once a design exists, you can refine it as many times as you want for free, as long as you have at least 1 credit left on your account.

What Is a Design Credit?

A design credit is what gets used each time you create a new room design from scratch. That means uploading your room photo, choosing your style and preferences, and clicking Create to generate a fresh design.

One new design = one credit.

That's the only time a credit is used.

What Doesn't Use Credits?

Everything you do after a design is generated is free, as long as you have at least 1 credit left. This includes:

• Refining in the chat — Any change you ask for, big or small: swapping a rug, changing the wall colour, or trying a whole new style.

• Match my room — Correcting the room's architecture in the Architecture tab if the AI shifted a window, wall, or doorway from where it actually is in your space.

• Deleting a version — Removing a refinement you don't like.

• Downloading or saving — Keeping your designs for reference.

You can refine a single design dozens of times without spending another credit. There's no limit on refinements.

How Many Credits Do I Get?

It depends on your plan:

• 7-Day Trial — 5 credits (included with your $1 trial)

• Monthly Plan — 30 credits per month

• Annual Plan — 360 credits per year

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

What happens at 0 credits?

Your designs stay in your account, but they become view-only. You can't create new designs or refine existing ones until you have credits again.

If you're on the trial, a quick tip: don't spend all 5 credits on new designs. Keep at least 1 so you can keep refining the design you like best.

When Should I Refine vs. Start a New Design?

Refine when you like the general direction but want to adjust specific things — the colours, a piece of furniture, the lighting, some decor.

Start fresh (use a new credit) when the design has gone in a direction that doesn't feel right or you want to explore a new direction with different inputs and inspirations.

Where Can I Check My Remaining Credits?

Your current credit balance is visible on your dashboard. You can also check your usage and billing details on the Account & Billing page.
