What file formats of photos do you accept?

We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files only. HEIC and AVIF is not supported now, so you'll have to convert those to JPG first (you can do on MacOS by right clicking → Quick Actions → Convert Image → and then JPG.
