Dear team,
I’m reaching out because, although I still have 13 active credits and my subscription is valid until August, the platform continues to experience persistent issues—particularly with loading images. This has significantly limited my ability to use the service as intended.
I believe the project has great potential and value, but these technical failures are unacceptable. In practice, the system freezes and becomes unresponsive, which undermines the purpose of a paid tool.
Therefore, I’d like to know:
Will the platform be fully functional again soon?
Is there any form of refund, compensation, or service extension available for affected users?
