Is this a scam?

I tried the product because I have enjoyed the youtube videos. Unfortunately, I realized this product didn't render my rooms correctly. I canceled my subscription weeks ago and I noticed a $2.27 charge on my account. I checked my subscription and it says it was canceled. Why am I being charged???

    Hi Anne,

    Apologies for the mistake, we’ve refunded the $2.27 charge, and you should see it back in your bank account within 5 business days.

    There was a mistake with the system as we’re extending customer’s subscription for free due to a recent downtime, but it turns out with cancelled subscription, it gets automatically charged a pro-rate amount.
