Tweak vs Transform should be specified up front so the initial AI output matches your design intention

It doesn't make sense to only offer Tweak/Transform at the refinement stage once an initial design has been generated, because that initial design might already conflict with what you're trying to do.

What if you only want to tweak your current room but the initial AI design already has too many changes? Or what if you want a total transformation but the initial AI design retains too many things you didn't want?

The logical workflow to me is as follows:

1. Choose either "Furnishing & Decorating" or "Kitchen & Bathroom".

2. Choose either "Tweak" or "Transform".

3. Upload your room photo, furniture/decor/finish/fixture photos, inpiration photos, and specify your design instructions.

4. Generate the initial AI output and Design Analysis.

5. Refine if necessary, describing what needs to change for each refinement pass.
