Stronger ability to keep existing elements

Sometime you want to design around existing elements (existing appliances, or drawer and cabinet door arrangement). The commanding option to keep those elements works but rarely. Ai more often the not changes the elements and the architecture. Sometime you just want to change one or two aspects of your room.
