At 13 August 2025, the downloaded images are now WEBP format but still have a JPG filename extension. This can cause errors when opening them as Windows uses whatever application is set to open JPGs, and it won’t necessarily be able to handle WEBP (e.g. Paint.Net). Please ensure downloaded images have the correct filename extension!
(In case it matters, I’m downloading from the AI output during a visualisation session, not afterwards from auto-saved or saved images.)

Hi Sue, thanks for pointing this out. We switched to WEBP to save storage space and improve performance. Didn’t realise the downloaded file is still in JPG.
