Automatically show the most recent refinement when making multiple refinements

… otherwise it looks like it hasn’t done anything. At the moment, when a second or subsequent refinement finishes processing the screen still initially displays the first refinement (“Refined #1”). You need to manually scroll to see the results of the most recent refinement, which is counterintuitive.
